Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

Under the terms and conditions of the NHS, Craiglockhart Medical Group offers a limited travel service, which is sufficient for advice and protection for travelling within Europe, North America, Australia or New Zealand or single destinations in Africa, Asia and South America.

Please complete the questionnaire and return it to reception as soon as possible and at least 6 weeks prior to departure. If less notice is given, we regret that you will be required to attend a private travel clinic.

Patients travelling to multiple destinations in Africa, Asia or South America will require more specialised advice, which can be provided at a private travel clinic.

A list of private travel clinics can be found here.

If, after attending a private travel clinic, you need vaccinations provided by the NHS i.e. Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio, Typhoid, Hep A and Cholera, these can be done in the Practice.

The Practice can also provide private prescriptions for other vaccinations which will incur a charge.

The Practice does not provide Yellow Fever vaccinations.
