Closure for Public Holidays & Staff Training

Please note that the  Practice will be closed on the following public holidays:  Tuesday 25th December & Wednesday 26th December 2018. 

The Practice will also be closed from 12.45pm on Wednesday 3rd October and Wednesday 7th November for staff training. In case of emergency, please telephone 111.

Complaints

Customer service formWe operate a Practice procedure in accordance with the NHS system of dealing with complaints.  Our system meets national criteria.  The Business Manager will give you further information.  Our Practice complaints leaflet gives details of the procedure and is available from reception.  Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.  Please help us to help you.

If you would like to make a complaint or provide feedback, a copy of our complaints procedure can be found here.

Please telephone, write, email: feedback.s70610@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk or complete this form and return it to the Practice.  The form is a 'read only' word document so can either be printed off, completed and handed in or completed, saved and emailed.

Zero Tolerance

We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance.  Anyone attending the surgery who abuses the GPs, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list.  In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the Practice premises.
