The surgery has an experienced team of administration staff who work as part of a team to facilitate the best care for our patients and ensure the smooth running of the Practice.
District Nurses are employed by the Primary Care Organisation and attached to out Practice. They carry out nursing care of our housebound patients, over 16 years, in their own homes, provide support for carers and plan district nursing input. The District Nurses can be contacted by telephoning 0131 312 2159 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Health visitors provide help and information on a wide range of services including health education, community services and resources. They are involved in the care of families, older people, antenatals, postnatals, the newborn, the development of children and any other family problems which require their expert help. These include parenting classes, breast feeding support groups and antenatal classes. The Health Visitors can be contacted by telephoning 0131 312 2164.
